Introducing Boston Chiropractor, Dr. Chris Quigley

I became a chiropractor because two chiropractic doctors related to me the power of chiropractic in getting people well naturally, without any dangerous drugs. After 16 years in practice, I can truly appreciate their passion!

What makes our practice special is that we are specialists in getting spinal corrections vs. just getting you feeling better. We correct the causes of problems vs. just managing the effects. We set goals and objectives in your care and we evaluate your progress on a regular basis to see how well you are progressing.

We appreciate the fact that health can only come from within and that your body is an amazing organism that when functioning fully, can handle most health issues with spectacular results.

Dr. Chris is married and has two children. He lived on Beacon Hill for his first 10 years in practice and loves the neighborhood. He is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and currently studies here in Boston.  He is an avid sports fan and participant in cycling, soccer and baseball. He loves to spend time with his family, especially doing outdoor activities.

Dr. Chris is a member of the Beacon Hill Civic Association. He is past president of the Beacon Hill Business Association. He is the immediate past secretary/treasurer of the International Chiropractors Association. He is the former host of the "Hour to Health" radio show, broadcast here in Boston. He is a nationally known speaker and has lectured many local businesses on different health and wellness topics. Some of the corporations and institutions include Massachusetts General Hospital, EMC Corp, Arnold Worldwide, State Street Bank, Genzyme, Harvard Medical School, New York Chiropractic College, Fitcorp, Draper Labs, Emerson College and Sufflok University.

Dr. Chris follows through on his own health program. Like other top performers like Tom Brady, Tiger Woods, Madonna, he gets his chiropractic wellness adjustment once per week to stay in tip top shape. He either takes a martial arts class, weight trains or does cardio 6 times per week. He takes Omega 3 essential fatty acids and several other nutritional supplements to help keep his internal workings running at top efficiency. Dr. Chris has only taken 1 sick day in 16 years of practice and he attributes it to chiropractic and his wellness program.

Keeping with the fact that health comes from within, his children (ages 6 and 8) have never taken an aspirin, antibiotic or had a shot. They usually only miss school when they are taken out of school on a family holiday.

Enough about me. I look forward to meeting you in person and learning how we may be of service to you. Give our office a call, or email me and let’s arrange a time to explore your options.

The Doctors of Boston Wellness Group Asks some important questions of interest to Boston residents - Chiropractor Boston The Doctors of Boston Wellness Group Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
How could a child benefit from chiropractic?
Regardless of our age, each of us in Boston encounters physical, chemical and emotional stresses that exceed our ability to handle. For newborns, it could be the trauma encountered at birth. For toddlers it could be from learning to walk or ride a bike. Many of the problems we chiropractors see in adults are the result of neglected traumas from childhood.
